Introducing Body Vision.
Body Vision was designed by Simon, an exercise and behavioural change scientist who has been a weight loss coach since 2005.
Simon was once obese himself and so understands the struggle of trying to lose weight permanently.
Through research, Simon managed to go from obese to athletic and has maintained this change ever since.
To refine the method, Simon attended Loughborough University (an institute recognised worldwide in the field of health and fitness) where he finished top of the year.
He is now doing his Masters in Behaviour Change at University College London, where he studies under the recognised trailblazers in the realm of behaviour change: Professor Susan Michie and Dr Leslie Gutman.
